and the online purchasing system we refer to you is straight forward,
simple and easy to use.

(HSN).
How do I purchase medications online?
Click on an order link to go to the medical questionnaire, answer
with relevant information regarding your medical condition and payment
information. After you have completed the questionnaire you may
submit your order for processing.
What is the process, once I submit my order?
In an effort to provide you with as efficient service as possible,
the processing system is fully automated after the doctor has approved
your prescription.
Your prescription will be shipped via FedEx. FedEx will deliver
to the shipping address you entered in the order entry form and
will require a signature from an adult at that address. If after
two delivery attempts the shipment has not been signed and accepted,
the order will be returned to the pharmacy. Shipments returned to
the pharmacy may carry a $50.00 processing and shipping fee.
How is my order shipped?
Shipping is only avalable within the USA. Please note that shipping
to some states is not possible (AR, AZ, FL, IA, ID, KY, MO, MT,
NC, NV, OK, OR, PR, TX, UT, VA, WV).
Orders approved by the Doctors prior to 2pm Eastern Standard Time
Monday through Friday should be received by customers before 3pm
the following business day. Doctor approval may take up to 24 hours.
NOTE: Delivery times are NOT guaranteed as orders are subject to
doctor and pharmacy approval and medication availability.
How can I pay for my order?
Acceptable forms of payment are: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, E-Check
and Money Order.
Your order will be processed by Health Solutions Network, LLC.,
your credit card statement will reflect this. Debit card users,
please note: Authorizations, successful or failed, may result in
a hold on your funds equal to the cost of the order. Multiple attempts
to submit an order may result in multiple holds on your funds. Authorizations
hold funds for up to five business days and will remain valid even
if the order is cancelled. Once an order is submitted we cannot
remove holds. HSN is not responsible for bank fees or overdraft
charges.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Should you decide that you no longer want the prescription please
call 1-888-738-3822 immediately to have the order cancelled. In
the event that the order has shipped a $50.00 processing and shipping
fee may be charged.
Is there a return policy?
Your prescription will be shipped via FedEx. FedEx will deliver
to the shipping address you entered in the order entry form and
will require a signature from an adult at that address. If after
two delivery attempts the shipment has not been signed and accepted,
the order will be returned to the pharmacy. Shipments returned to
the pharmacy may carry a $50.00 processing and shipping fee.
Any shipments that have been signed for and opened and then returned
are not subject either return or cancellation charge and are the
full responsibility of the customer.
How will charges appear on my bank statement or credit card
statement?
If paying by Debit or Credit Card, your statement will read as:
"Health Solutions Net" or "IP Health Solutions"
or "IP Health Sol." Your banks transaction reference number
and the total amount being deducted from your account will be shown.
If paying by e-check, (having payment taken from your checking account)
your statement will read as: "Health Solutions Net" or
"IP Health Solutions" or "IP Health Sol."
How is a chargeback handled by HSN?
A chargeback is any charge or transaction that is being contested
by the customer. These can be for many different reasons such as
an unauthorized charge or an unrecognizable charge.
The customer's bank will usually return the funds to the customer's
account. The bank will then notify Health Solutions Network of the
chargeback and will request information regarding this charge. The
bank then reviews the information provided and either grants or
denies the chargeback.
The ultimate decision is that of the bank.
What is HSN credit policy?
Credits are not given in situations where the medication is not
returned and/or the order was verified by Health Solutions Network
by phone prior to processing.
A $50 processing fee (for shipping & handling) is charged on
orders that are returned to Health Solutions Network.
Credit requests are reviewed on Monday's and Tuesday's and are completed
by the end of that week.
If your credit request is approved and we are returning funds to
a visa or discover card it will take 5 to 7 business days to return
the funds to your account. An e-check refund will take 7 to 12 business
days to return the funds to your account. A money order or paper
check refund can take up to 2-3 weeks; a refund check is mailed
to your shipping address.
What are HSN privacy and security policies?
HSN is committed to patient privacy and security. All information
provided is legally protected under the doctor-patient privilege
laws. The latest of secure encryption technology is used by our
on-line ordering system. The highest level of security precautions
are taken with all personal and credit card information submitted.
Safeguards in the system protect against credit card fraud.
